Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays. You'll receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Australia) We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Estimated delivery times are:
- Metro areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional/rural areas: 5–10 business days
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at minimecollective@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.
